We ordered 2 special sized doors for our garage addition. Since we were ordering doors before the garage was actually built, no site visit was done but Charles provided specific instructions for how the garage had to be framed for the doors.
We ended up modifying the height of the garage as we were still building it to accommodate the doors which worked out ok. There were shipping delays due to COVID and when the doors were finally available in January 2022 (original date was Nov 2021), our very steep driveway was not accessible.
Zach was finally able to come out April 19, 2022 to install the doors. It took about 8h for him to do the work. He was very meticulous and didn't rush the job. It was about 9pm before he finished.
Sorry I don't have a photo with the doors finished, just when 4 of the 5 panels were installed. The doors are wonderful as are the LiftMaster openers Charles recommended. I certainly didn't expect the controllers to tell me the time as well as the temperature! Read Less

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. Initially we contacted a few garage door companies for quotes. Charles from door guys attended our house and provided an in depth review of work to be completed and also pointed out a serious safety concern with our current door… no one else had. As we were in the midst of the Covid pandemic there were some delays with product but communication was outstanding. We also opted to cap the wood around our door in aluminum. The contractor who always did work for Charles unfortunately fell ill and was not able to attend. Charles found another contractor within days who completed the job and the finished product looks outstanding.
We couldn’t be happier with service, price and overall finished product.
