It’s been nothing short of a privilege doing Business with Chuck (aka) Charles. You can not find better service or quality of care for your garage doors needs. We shopped around for months for the right company and by far AAA Door guys are 5star all around the board. You will not find a higher quality Door with comparable prices. His prices are amazing for the quality of product you will receive. There isn’t any competition and his service is outstanding. A true man of integrity and commitment to his customers. We ordered 2 special sized doors for our garage addition. Since we were ordering doors before the garage was actually built, no site visit was done but Charles provided specific instructions for how the garage had to be framed for the doors. We ended up modifying the height of the garage as we were still building it to accommodate the doors which worked out ok. There were shipping delays due to COVID and when the doors were finally available in January 2022 (original date was Nov 2021), our very steep driveway was not accessible. Zach was finally able to come out April 19, 2022 to install the doors. It took about 8h for him to do the work. He was very meticulous and didn't rush the job. It was about 9pm before he finished. Sorry I don't have a photo with the doors finished, just when 4 of the 5 panels were installed. The doors are wonderful as are the LiftMaster openers Charles recommended. I certainly didn't expect the controllers to tell me the time as well as the temperature! Read Less

Just used the services of AAA Door guys. Was I ever impressed! My garage door stopped working during a snow storm. Charles told me he was on another service call but took the time to determine the exact problem. He then re-arranged his schedule for me to pick up the part, which he told me he had at his shop. He met me at his shop and provided the part and specific instructions on how to install it. One step further, he insisted I call him to insure I installed it properly. All works fine and I will definitely use his company and refer his services to others! Read Less
